"Mindful Flower"
Tice is a sentient fire flower, how they came into existance? No idea. She's in the same boat as Shabby, but can move around easier at the cost of having to be on grass or dirt only. Once you get to know her, she's good to hang out with, despite the limits. Is usually seen talking with a certain sentient sign.

FUN FACTS:
- Tice usually talks with Sign.
- Tice spends a lot of time outside.
- Tice is incompatible with all powerups specifically because they are a powerup themselves.
- If using Tice as a powerup, it'll just give you the Fire Flower powers. Not easy getting her to let you do that, though.
- Tice isn't a fan of being in a flower pot.
- Tice can't talk to flowers, despite her saying she can. They even got Shabby fooled.
