The Frost Flower is usually confused with the Ice Flower, but people gave the Frost Flower the name due to being confused. The powerup will turn the user into ice, being able to skate around icey floors and turn water into ice which you can skate and wall jump on. Also to mention, it basically means you're immune to the cold. It's probably not a good idea to use it in the summer or in a hot area, though.
