Hour 6. God, that red moon had to come at the worst time.
How long I'm gonna be here? I don't know, had to dig my way into this place, not even sure if the ground above is stable now, good thing I had some tools on me.
Should probably explain some things to the person who reads this if I die here: So, I was gonna deliver some mail, at 8PM. I totally have a stable job. I get paid 4 coins an hour, though. It's fine. Totally.
Anyways, yeah, some mail. Saw the forest ahead of me, map said I HAD to go across on the path. For some reason, the "Dead Forest" is at the far parts of the Mushroom Kingdom. Where the delivery is nearby. I don't understand how that robot hasn't left and killed everybody in the town closest to that damn corpse of a forest.
I decided to take the shortcut, acting cool n' all.
The red moon came up, I didn't hear the weather forecast. Heard the legend and all, step in during the red moon, you don't come back.
One guy apparently went so far they encountered a lake of all things. All we ever heard from that story. Apparently if you go by.. actually, nevermind. I'm more panicky about my situation. Haven't had anything to eat, all I got is the box I was supposed to deliver. I opened it an hour ago, it was a picture frame of Mario and the princess, I don't know why you'd want that, I mean, yeah, she rules the place and Mario stops Bowser from getting in our faces, but it seems a bit unnecessary.
