Toadette is an agent of unpredictability.
Whilst Toad gives every option a good think over, Toadette lists the options in her head, picks the one that sounds the most fun and acts on it quicker than the rest, often times being the solution they need. It's why she does so well exploring whenever she's with Captain Toad. She's also good at keeping track of Power-Ups too, if you'd need those.
