This is Steve?. Not Steve, Steve?. It's a long story. Previously in SOOS pestering somebody, they found a way to travel towards annoying the SMSC host until they know where that somebody is. Unfortunately, time after time, he's failed.
Steve? knows about all of his different clones, and he uses that against his enemies to take them into his secret lair. Overall, Steve? is just some guy who wants attention and will do anything to get it. Not in an evil way, but an annoying way (even worse).
Doesn't make a good friend.

Steve? actually goes by "King Steve" nowadays, but nobody likes calling him a king.
