Despite his desire to win so badly, he's not a show-off. He's always up to go again, giving advice along the way and helping others improve on their speed skills. The strategy he gives, however, is always slightly slower, because no matter how helpful he wants to be, what he wants to be the most is the winner.

Il Piantissimo spends most of his time at Isle Delfino, disguising himself as one of the Piantas.
Il Piantissimo doesn't leave a record with anybody else's name on it, so he always aims to be the best!
